Pre Arrival Support
Things become very uneasy when we are away from our families during the time of health issues. It’s then when we need them most. We offer pre arrival support to those seniors who visit Kolkata for medical reasons and are by themselves. Out team of professionals help them at every stage to get things right before arrival.

On Arrival Care
A new place with a new environment can bring lot of difficulties to seniors if they are alone. At Parents Care, we take care of all aspects right from pre-arrival to on-arrival so that your elders can be at comfort even when they are away from you. We make them feel at ease with all of our support and care.

Post Visit Assistance
Be it home or a different city, you are not alone! We are with you always. We assist you round the clock to get a caring assistance even after you step into a new place. Our dedicated team is at your service post arrival to ensure you can have a stress-free medical support with comfort.

Concierge Services

We provide Concierge Services to our members for doctors visit, diagnostic tests as well as hospital admission.
Charges are :
07:00 to 21:00 hrs: Rs. 2100/- for initial 3 hrs followed by Rs. 700/- per hr.
21:00 to 07:00 hrs. Rs. 3600/- for initial 3 hrs followed by Rs. 1200/- per hr.

• Minimum subscription for 3 months to be purchased
• No partial refunds of subscription plan if you choose to discontinue the services any time during the subscription period.
